Our products are shipped priority 2 – 3 day mail within the continental US via USPS. For returning customers orders received on any business day by 2 pm (Eastern Standard Time) time Monday – Friday and by 10 am (Eastern Standard Time) Saturday (“Cut Off Time”) will be processed and mailed on the same day. Orders received after 2 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday – Friday and 10 am (Eastern Standard Time) Saturday and orders received other than on business days will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 2 pm local time Monday – Friday and by 10 am local time Saturday will be deemed received the next business day. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you directly from stamps.com. Orders from new customers WILL NOT be shipped until full payment has been received. This includes EChecks which have been processed but have not yet cleared the senders bank. We also reserve the right to hold back any unusually large orders and also orders from customers who have had prior negative payments or unresolved debt. This includes different customers within the same household as well.
